Please read very carefully while using our online site. 
There are many steps to follow before your request is reserved. 

ONLINE BOOKING:

You will be required to have a credit card on file to reserve an appointment or to use our online booking service. 

Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy:
* We understand that cancelations are sometimes unavoidable. circumstances come up that may require you to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Failure to show for your scheduled appointment and any cancellations with less than 48-hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee based on scheduled services. 
Any deposits made in advance will be used towards the cancelation fee.
* Cancellations and “no shows” leave gaps in our schedules and cannot always be filled without timely notice. A 48-hour notice enables us time to reach out and schedule another client who may be on our wait list for an appointment.
* If you arrive late by 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment or more, you are subject to cancelling/rescheduling your appointment and may be charged a cancellation fee based on your scheduled services. Please understand that this is to ensure that every client receives the appropriate time for their hair services. It is possible that late arrivals can still be accommodated, however, this is done at our discretion based on the availability of our stylist’s schedules and your particular services. Please call or email the salon if you are running late so that we can do our best to accommodate you.
