APPOINTMENT POLICY



We are proud to provide our guests with an exceptional experience, each and every time they visit. When booking your appointment, our team commits to meet with you at a scheduled time, and eagerly anticipates your appointment. 



When booking online, you will be charged a $35 non-refundable deposit to be used towards each of your services. If the appointment is missed or cancelled without 48 hours notice, that deposit is nonrefundable and you may be subject to pay for the entire service. .



Should you need to cancel or change your appointment, we will be happy to accommodate you with adequate (48+ hour) notice and your deposit can be used at your rescheduled appointment. 


Please call the salon if you are going to be 10+ minutes late. Depending on your stylists schedule, your service, and your hairs need, you may or may not need to reschedule.

APPRENTICE HAIR CUTS:


Currently our apprentice is only taking haircuts that are chin 

length, or longer. Please keep in mind that their haircuts

are being supervise and will be in training as they are cutting, so be 

flexible with time and available for 1-2 hours.
