• When your service is booked, you will be asked to provide a credit card to have on file to secure your appointment.

• At the time of your appointment, you will be asked for payment for services, products, and gratuity when you check out.  The card you keep on file will only be charged if you miss your appointment without notifying us.

• If you need to cancel your appointment, please call the shop before your appointment time to change your booking.  If you miss your appointment without notifying us, we will charge your card on file the total amount.

• We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments necessary. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request that you call the shop to cancel or reschedule any time before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations and reschedules can easily be made by calling your Barrelli Barber location.

• There is no penalty for canceling or rescheduling BEFORE your appointment time. The payment made for your appointment will be held on file to redeem at a later date when your schedule accommodates it. 

•  Any cancellation or no show without a call before your appointment time will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the reserved services.
