Thank you for booking your service online at Lords & Ladies Salon. If you are new to the salon and looking for a desired change, please email us a photo of you currently and a photo of your desired results at least one day prior to your appointment. Due to Covid protocol we are leaving mask wearing up to each guest. We ask that everyone respects others feelings. Cancellations are allowed 24 hours prior to your appointment. Same day cancellations are not supported at this time. If you do not call to cancel or reschedule your appointment, or do not show up, you will be charged for 100% of your service.
