Arrival & Cancellation Policy
To ensure you receive the maximum benefits of your service, we ask that you
kindly arrive 20 minutes prior to the start of any spa treatment. A late
arrival may require a shortened or rescheduled service.
As a courtesy, we request that you provide 48 hours¿ notice to cancel your
spa appointment(s) otherwise the credit card or gift card on file will be
charged 50% of the service fee. We require 72 hour
notice for spa parties which are groups of 4 guests or more.
All injectable appointments require a $100 non-refundable deposit.
Consultations with Dr. Lam require a $150 deposit. This amount can then be
applied toward your procedure or any 3000BC product or service.
