• We require a credit card to hold your appointment.Full payment at the time of booking is not required.
• We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments necessary. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request that you call the shop to cancel or reschedule any time before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations and reschedules can easily be made by calling your Barrelli Barber location.
• There is no penalty for canceling or rescheduling BEFORE your appointment time. Any cancellation or no show without a call before your appointment time will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the reserved services.
