Our stylists' time is valuable, just like yours. We ask that you respect that time by kindly notifying us of appointment cancellations at least 12 hours in advance.
If you are unable to cancel your appointment within that timeframe, the following fees will be incurred:
  • 12 hours or more in advance - no fee
  • Less than 12 hours in advance - 50% of the cost of services booked
  • No show - 100% of the cost of services booked
