When online booking we do require a 50% service deposit to secure your booking. This acts as store credit and is applied to your booked appointment.
We do require a minimum of 24-hour notice for rescheduling or cancellations.
Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will result in a fee of 50% of the service cancelled.
