Appointments booked online require payment in full at the time of booking. At this time, gift card payment is not an option for online booking - please call the spa to book your appointment if using a gift card. If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so by calling us with at least 24 hours notice in accordance with our 24-hour Cancellation and Rescheduling policy (https://spaconcepts1.com/services/spa-policies/). 

If you wish to change your service, please give us at least 24 hours notice.

Services cannot be changed within 24 hours of the appointment start time.

If you call us to cancel your appointment with more than a 24-hour notice, your payment will automatically be transferred into a store credit for you to use at a later date. Failing to provide a 24-hour notice or simply not showing up for your scheduled appointment will result in the loss of the entire payment.
