We do require a credit card on file when booking your appointment online or over the phone. We have a 24-hour Cancellation Policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please give us a call 24-hours in advance. Please note that we are closed every other Saturday and every Sunday. If you have to cancel on a weekend that we are closed please call and leave a message. If you do not give a 24-hour notice you will be charged for 50% of your service total. If you "no show" you will be charged 100% of your service total. Before booking your appointment please review our booking/cancellation policy.
