 READ INFORMATION PRIOR TO BOOKING We will require 50% deposit on all services to hold appointments. Mother's Day weekend we require 100% deposit at time of booking between 5/11/24 to 5/12/24 for all services and 72-hour cancellation. We will call and get the full deposit if you book on these days/hours even if system only charges the 50%. Failure to call us back or hold card on file may result in cancellation of your appointment. Make sure to click the button to save your COF at the same time you pay deposit to hold appointment so if you need to cancel we have the ability to refund the deposit. We require a COF for every service pre-booked. We do not allow Couples Services/Packages/Groups to book online and require a 50% deposit for all group/couples packages with a 72 hour cancellation.  The deposit will go towards service payment at time of check out. It is non-refundable if you cancel after our 24 hour cancellation period. Full payment of spa services will be charged to COF if we receive 8 hours or less (no show), WE BOOK ON THE HOUR AND HALF HOUR SO PLEASE CHOOSE THOSE TIMES. IF YOU BOOK ON THE 15 OR 45 WE WILL ADJUST UP OR DOWN SO THAT THE THERAPIST DOES NOT HAVE TIME GAPS IN THEIR BOOKS. We add a 20% gratuity and $5.35 facility fee/tax per service/person and you can read all spa policies about cancellation fees, arrivals, and minor policies on our website.
