If you need to make changes to your appointment, no problem! As a courtesy, below you will find our cancellation policy.
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. However, we respectfully request a minimum 24-hour notification for cancellations, service changes and/or to reschedule an existing appointment. This allows us time to inform clients on our wait list of any availability, as well as keeping our stylist’s schedules filled. Because your services are reserved for you, please adhere to our policy. All services require a credit card (or prepayment) to be linked to your account in order to reserve your appointment. This card will be charged the cancellation fee as listed below.
Due to scheduling commitments and our staff’s individual schedules, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 10-minutes late.
CANCELLATIONS WITH LESS THAN 24-HOUR NOTICE:
Cancellation notification required the day before scheduled appointment or may be charged equal to 25% of the reserved service amount. This fee is due on or before your next scheduled appointment. Any deposit will be forfeited.
All missed appointments without the appropriate prior notice will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount. This fee is due within 24 hours of missed appointment, otherwise upcoming appointment(s) will be cancelled (may be rescheduled when fee is collected). Any deposit will be forfeited.
APPOINTMENTS SCHEDULED WITHIN A 24-HOUR PERIOD:
Cancellation notification required within 3 hours of the appointment time or may be charged equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. Any deposit will be forfeited.
