If you need to make changes to your appointment, no problem! As a courtesy, below you will find our cancellation policy.
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. However, we respectfully request a minimum 24-hour notification for cancellations, service changes and/or to reschedule an existing appointment. This allows us time to inform clients on our wait list of any availability, as well as keeping our stylist’s schedules filled. Because your services are reserved for you, please adhere to our policy. All services require a credit card (or prepayment) to be linked to your account in order to reserve your appointment. This card will be charged the cancellation fee as listed below.
Due to scheduling commitments and our staff’s individual schedules, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 10-minutes late.
CANCELLATIONS WITH LESS THAN 24-HOUR NOTICE:
We appreciate any amount of notice. However, notification less than 24-hours in advance will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service and will forfeit any deposit.
You will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount and will forfeit any deposit.
APPOINTMENTS SCHEDULED WITHIN A 24-HOUR PERIOD:
You must cancel within 3 hours of appointment time or you will be charged equal to 50% of the reserved service amount and will forfeit any deposit.
